An Evolving Psychotherapy Practice
Dr Dawborn has personally practiced meditation for over 30 years and continues to integrate an understanding of consciousness, awareness and meditative enquiry into his work with patients.
Through many years of experience with psychotherapy first as a patient and then as a psychotherapist and teacher I have been struck by the similarities in the processes of psychotherapy and meditative enquiry both of which I see as facilitating our lifelong journeys of self- awareness & understanding. I have a continuing interest in the integration of Western Psychotherapy with Eastern and Western traditions of meditation and spirituality.
